Our mints are crafted for those who appreciate a more discreet experience. For most folks, the noticeable effects of THC begin around 2.5mg, so we suggest starting there. Remember: our goal is to support your day—not interrupt it. So, take your time and enjoy the moment.
New to cannabis? Start with one mint, then give yourself 30 to 60 minutes to feel the full effect. Set a timer, go about your day, and check in with yourself and see how you feel. That’s your baseline. If you’re looking for a more noticeable moodstate next time, try two. Slow and steady wins the day—and keeps things delightfully manageable.
More experienced? Try two or three mints. These mints are tiny and delectable and crafted so that you can easily dose up. Also, try combining Relief mints with other moodstates to create a custom tailored experience. Might we suggest a Relief Mint and a Balance Mint? It’s entirely up to you.
