New to cannabis? Start with one mint, then give yourself 30 to 60 minutes to feel the full effect. Set a timer, go about your day, and check in with yourself and see how you feel. That’s your baseline. If you’re looking for a more noticeable moodstate next time, try two. Slow and steady wins the day—and keeps things delightfully manageable.

"The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I have not had a consistent experience. Some days I feel it and other days I don't feel it as much. I tried 2 to see if that was my problem, and that was way too much! So I'm not sure what the trick is to getting the same result every time (every time I take them with an empty belly). . .
