Each mint is lightly dosed (between 0.5 mg and 2.5 mg of THC) to help you find your footing and discover what feels best for you. Remember: our goal is to complement your day, not complicate it. So take it slow, stay curious, and enjoy the process.
New to cannabis? Start with one mint from any moodstate… or choose a Zen mint if you’d like to begin gently. Give yourself 30 to 60 minutes to feel the full effect. Go about your day, check in with yourself, and see how you feel. That’s your baseline. If you’d like a touch more next time, try two. Slow and steady keeps things delightfully predictable.
