Are your products federally legal?

Yes. Mr. Moxey’s products are developed using federally legal hemp inputs. The 2018 Farm Bill states that it is legal to produce and sell products with hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, as long as it contains less than 0.3% THC by dry weight.

What is Hemp THC? 

THC derived from hemp is identical to that from marijuana. Just as caffeine can be sourced from either guarana or coffee, THC can come from marijuana or hemp. And as long as it's hemp-derived and under the 0.3% THC by weight limit it’s completely compliant with federal guidelines.

Will Hemp THC feel different from marijuana derived THC?

The hemp plant and marijuana plant are both the same species of cannabis. Under federal law, hemp is defined as a cannabis plant that contains 0.3% or less of Delta-9 THC by weight, while marijuana is a cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3% of Delta-9 THC by weight.

THC is a natural component of all hemp and marijuana plants and has been consumed by humans for thousands of years, whereas Delta-8, HHC, or other synthetics have only existed for a few years. 

What do you recommend if I used to purchase Calm mints? 

Our Zen mints are what we recommend for any Calm users and THC hesitant consumers. Zen's 0.5mg THC and 20mg CBD per mint is the “toe in the water” for customers trying a THC product for the first time. We think you will find Zen offers more of what you loved about Calm.
